Who operates this site
This site is operated by InovaCC (Inova Cloud).
What is collected
Only if you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and session recordings. Text typed into form fields is masked. Microsoft acts as our processor and stores the data in its cloud. Without your consent nothing is loaded and nothing is collected.
Why
To see where visitors click and how far they scroll, so we can improve the site.
Legal basis
Your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Declining has no effect on how the site works.
Withdrawing consent
Use the cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops further collection.
Retention
Microsoft Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days; recordings marked as favourites and a random sample may be kept for up to 9 months (Microsoft Clarity documentation).
