## Capabilities available today

- Text generation: Chat and text responses, with streaming.
- Embeddings: Vectors for search, matching and retrieval.
- Image understanding: Send images with a chat request and ask about them.
- Video understanding: Recordings turned into knowledge bases.
- Decisions: Structured answers over criteria you define.

## Governance available today

- Access by organization: Keys belong to an organization; a request can only act inside its own.
- Quotas: Rate, token, cost and concurrency limits per organization, enforced before a call runs.
- Usage record: Every request is recorded with its tokens, cost and outcome. By default it holds no prompts or answers.
- No anonymous use: Every call outside a health check needs a valid credential.

## Pricing available today

- Know the price first: Estimate a knowledge job before it starts and set a ceiling it may not exceed.
- Metered per operation: Usage is measured per product and per operation, in the unit that product sells.

## AI API

One API at https://ai.inovacc.dev for chat, decisions and knowledge bases built from video recordings. Every request
needs an API key issued by Inova Cloud (no anonymous access); `GET https://ai.inovacc.dev/health` is the only open
check. With a key, `GET /v1/capabilities` lists exactly what that key may call, its fields and limits. Requests name
what they want (for example a `power` of light, medium or max), never a model; field names and values are English,
while prompts and content may be in any language. The same key also works at https://compute.inovacc.dev, sent as
`Authorization: Bearer <key>`, for the organizations Inova Cloud has granted access there. The same host also serves the update service: applications can send
the same key to https://compute.inovacc.dev (`Authorization: Bearer <key>` on update check and report, alongside the existing signed requests).
Asynchronous work (a knowledge job) answers with its id and how long to wait before asking again (`poll_after_seconds`,
`Retry-After`), repeated on each status read until it is final.
